Headquartered in Brazil and expanding into Canada, we are building a comprehensive ecosystem combining hardware, educational software, and data analytics for schools and educational institutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative individual to join us as Senior Operations Assistant. This strategic role is crucial to the daily operations of our Canadian branch, providing direct support to the executive team and serving as a bridge between international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative, commercial, and operational back-office support

  • Calendar management for the Board and executive appointments

  • Managing and organizing institutional emails

  • Answering calls and providing institutional customer support

  • Preparing and sending invoices, monitoring payments and collections

  • Liaising with Canadian accounting services

  • Coordinating communication with factories and suppliers in Brazil

  • Overseeing import processes for PlayTables

  • Supporting logistics for shipping and receiving products

  • Organizing corporate documents, financial files, and contracts

  • Assisting the sales team and supporting customer onboarding

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, and QuickBooks

  • Familiarity with logistics

  • Proactive, discreet, and able to manage urgent priorities
